About the Role

Herman Miller Germany is seeking a highly skilled Global Account Strategist to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and exceed financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet and exceed financial objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team to drive sales growth
  • Create and manage account profiles for existing and potential customers
  • Develop and execute selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationships
  • Ensure timely and accurate management information is provided to the Director of Global Accounts - EMEA
  • Collaborate with HM dealers and salespeople across different time zones to drive sales growth
  • Support the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotations

Requirements

  • Comfortable and knowledgeable about technology
  • Ability to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
  • Able to listen to feedback and present results to the business
  • Excellent strategic selling skills
