As a Global Account Manager at Herman Miller Germany, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead strategic account plans in key accounts within EMEA, driving business growth and exceeding financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team to create selling strategies specific to EMEA.
  • Create account profiles for existing and potential customers, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and aligned industries.
  • Develop networks with influencers and aligned industries to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationships.
  • Ensure new opportunities are created on SFDC and collaborate with other HM sales teams as needed.
  • Exceed financial goals by securing new business with global customers and regional account customers.
  • Leverage HMGA EMEA relationships to build success and motivate the Regional Specialist Sales team to win locally.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information to the Director of Global Accounts - EMEA.
  • Regularly communicate with HM dealers and salespeople across different time zones.
  • Support the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotations.
