Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Actively reach out to prospective clients, cultivate leads, and establish a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships, guiding them through Elfsquad's established sales process.
  • Sales Process Management: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and ensure accurate and timely processing of quotations and data entry.
  • Market Presence: Participate in exhibitions and visit potential customers to demonstrate Elfsquad's solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to proactively address challenges and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Strategic Input: Offer valuable insights to help shape our commercial and marketing strategies.

In this role, you will also be expected to engage with our headquarters regularly. These interactions are essential for maintaining close collaboration with our dynamic team and aligning with Elfsquad's strategic objectives. During your time at headquarters, you will take part in high-level strategy discussions, contribute to cross-functional projects, and engage directly with the leadership team to ensure the effective execution of our ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales (ERP or CPQ).
  • Technical Aptitude: Capability to comprehend complex technologies and effectively convey their value proposition.
  • Market Awareness: Ability to generate new insights for clients and identify market opportunities.
  • Personal Attributes: Sociable, organized, team-oriented, and proactive.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and start-up environments is advantageous.
