Job Title: Enterprise Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team at IGEL Technology. As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate and enterprise accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, develop C-level relationships, and sell deep and wide to achieve sales targets.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Use forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Expectations: Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Professional Account Management: Use our Microsoft CRM application to develop and utilize professional account management and follow-up procedures.
- Networking and Marketing: Attend local marketing events as appropriate and develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via networking, marketing lead follow-up, and personal relationships to independently close contracts.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with senior-level executives and present territory plan reviews, weekly forecasting reviews, and quarterly sales reviews to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the field selling software or hardware to enterprise/global customers.
- Channel Friendly: Must be channel-friendly, as IGEL is 100% channel.
- Hunter: Must be a hunter, as this is not a farming role.
- Process-Oriented: Must demonstrate a track record of success resulting from following a repeatable process.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
- Adaptability: Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
