Key Responsibilities:

As part of our enthusiastic sales team, you will focus on generating new business opportunities in a developing market. Your role will involve selling a sophisticated product that is gaining traction in the industry. If you enjoy tackling challenges and making a meaningful impact, this position is designed for you.

A Typical Week at Synera:

  • Engage in a Team Kick-Off to set goals and align on priorities while reaching out to potential leads.
  • Qualify leads through effective pitching and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with potential customers to assess opportunities and have regular check-ins with your team lead.
  • Drive the closing process to secure new business partnerships.
  • Refine strategies and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Participate in team events to connect and unwind with fellow colleagues.

Within the First Few Months:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and introduce our solutions.
  • Create qualified opportunities to build a strong pipeline for future deals.

Within the First Year:

  • Achieve your first successful deal closure.
