YOUR ROLE

Become a vital part of our enthusiastic sales team, where you will work alongside dedicated professionals who are passionate about technology and committed to transforming our clients into industry leaders. In this position, you will operate in an emerging market, providing you with a unique chance to be a trailblazer and effect change. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and support exciting projects, selling a sophisticated product in a novel market category that is still gaining recognition. If you thrive in challenging environments and are eager to make a substantial impact, this position is tailored for you.

A TYPICAL WEEK AT SYNERA MIGHT INCLUDE:

  • Starting the week with a Team Kick-Off to review objectives and align on priorities, while engaging in outreach activities and connecting with potential leads.
  • Focusing on qualifying leads by presenting Synera and conducting demonstrations to illustrate its value.
  • Conducting comprehensive use case evaluations and discussions with prospective clients to assess opportunities, along with regular check-ins with your team lead.
  • Driving the closing process, aiming to finalize agreements and secure new business collaborations.
  • Utilizing this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for ongoing improvement in your role.

Participate in team events to connect, unwind, and enjoy time with fellow Synerians.

WITHIN THE FIRST 1-3 MONTHS:

  • Conduct 30 discovery calls (both outbound and inbound) to understand client needs and introduce our solutions.
  • Create 12 qualified opportunities per quarter, ensuring a strong pipeline for potential deals and partnerships.

WITHIN THE FIRST 6-12 MONTHS:

  • Achieve your first success by successfully closing an opportunity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • A strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and attract new clients.
  • Proven experience and success in sales, effectively pitching and selling complex products, ideally in an engineering context.
  • Experience presenting at conferences and industry events with confidence and charisma.
  • Proficiency in the German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
