TasksJoin our dynamic sales team of Daniel, Markus, Akhil, Pani, Lorenz and Mike, all passionate about tech products and dedicated to turning our customers into industry stars. As an Account Executive, you'll be working in a green field market, providing you with the unique opportunity to be a pioneer and make a change. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and supporting exciting ventures, selling a complex product in a new market category that many are not yet familiar with. If you thrive on challenges and are eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you
What a week at Synera might look like:
- Monday: start the week with a Team Kick-Off to review goals and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads.
- Tuesday: focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value.
- Wednesday: conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and chat with your team lead Daniel in a regular 1:1.
- Thursday: drive the closing process, aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships.
- Friday: use this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role.
Even if you don't meet this criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.
- A strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and bring in new customers.
- Proven experience and success in sales effectively pitching and selling complex products, ideally in an engineering domain.
- Experience to present at conferences and industry events with the confidence and charisma.
- Proficiency in German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Be at the forefront of a new and evolving market, where your contributions will shape the future of engineering and technology.
- Collaborate with innovative customers and top companies like Hyundai, Ariane Space and NASA.
- Take on responsibility from day one, empowering you to make impactful decisions and drive real success.
- We don't believe in one-fits-all solutions and therefore let you decide when & where to work (as long as you have a residency in Germany).
- Flexible public holidays - swap days off according to your values and beliefs
- In case you'll work remotely, we'll help you get set up at home and invite you to come and visit Bremen from time-to-time.
- Spend time together with your colleagues during regular team events, virtual coffee breaks or spontaneous afterworks :-) For summer & winter we usually get together with the whole company to spend 2-3 days somewhere nice
