We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tech Ops Lead to join our dynamic team at 1KOMMA5°. As a leading provider of solar, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure, we are committed to accelerating the energy and mobility transition.

Your Mission
  • Provide strategic leadership to our international tech partners and teams
  • Collaborate with end-user groups to drive support and innovation
  • Develop and implement effective remote support strategies
  • Coordinate change management and project rollouts
  • Contribute to our global IT strategy and ensure alignment with company needs
  • Drive resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Liaise with local staff and stakeholders to extend our IT focus globally
  • Maintain devised SLAs and drive automation
  • Cross-functionally align with key stakeholders to capitalize on overlaps
  • Align widespread changes as we expand, adapt, and evolve
  • Implement standard tooling configurations and provide hands-on support
  • Listen, train, and support our international user base
Your Profile
  • Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience
  • Minimum 4 years in a management role
  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
  • Experience in fast-growing start-up environments is a plus
  • Personal drive to contribute to a greener, cleaner energy sector
  • Expertise in designing optimized service desk systems
  • Expertise in designing realistic SLAs
  • Experience with transformation and change management
  • Understanding and management experience with tech tooling stacks
  • English fluency, with other languages a plus
