We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tech Operations Lead to join our dynamic team at 1KOMMA5°. As a leading provider of solar, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure solutions, we are committed to accelerating the energy and mobility transition.

Your Mission
  • Provide strategic leadership to our international tech partners and students, fostering a collaborative and empathetic work environment.
  • Work closely with end-user groups to identify and implement effective support strategies.
  • Offer remote support to employees in other countries and regions, ensuring seamless global operations.
  • Coordinate and communicate change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth rollout of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of our global IT strategy, aligning it with the company's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with local staff and stakeholders to extend our IT focus globally, ensuring a unified approach.
  • Ensure the maintenance of devised Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive automation efforts to optimize our operations.
  • Align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org to capitalize on overlaps and ensure a cohesive strategy.
  • Oversee widespread changes as 1KOMMA5° expands, adapts, and evolves.
  • Be hands-on with standard tooling configurations and implementation, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
  • Provide listening, training, and support to our international user base, offering L1-L2 support.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
  • Minimum 4 years in a management role.
  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology.
  • Experience in fast-growing start-up environments is highly valued.
  • Personal drive to contribute to a greener, cleaner energy sector.
  • Expertise in designing highly optimized service desk systems.
  • Expertise in designing realistic SLAs.
  • Experience with transformation and change management.
  • Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks.
  • English fluency, with other languages a plus.
