Global Tech Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tech Ops Lead to join our growing tech team at 1KOMMA5° GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing empathetic leadership to our international tech partners and coordinating with end-user groups to determine best actions for support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to employees in other countries and regions
  • Coordinate and communicate change management (project rollout)
  • Contribute to the global IT strategy and ensure it is well aligned with company needs
  • Use your resilience to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Liaise with local staff and stakeholders to ensure the overriding core focus on IT is extended globally
  • Ensure devised SLA's are maintained
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency
  • Align with key stakeholders in the broader Tech org to capitalize on overlaps
  • Align wide-spread changes as 1k5 expands, adapts and changes
  • Be hands on with standard tooling configurations and implementation
  • Listen, train and support our international user base (L1-L2 support)
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology industry experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in a management role
  • Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
  • Having worked or interned in fast growing start-up environments is a huge plus
  • Personally driven by making a greener, cleaner energy sector
  • Expertise in designing a highly optimised service desk system
  • Expertise in designing realistic SLA's
  • Experience with transformation/change management
  • Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks
  • English fluency. Other languages are a plus
