Are you prepared to delve into one of the most intriguing sectors of Research & Development at Mercedes-Benz AG, focusing on low-voltage wiring system architecture? While this architecture may not be visible to customers, its seamless operation is crucial for vehicle safety and reliability.
As a member of our team, you will gain valuable insights into various facets of vehicle development. The vehicle electrical system is responsible for supplying energy to all components, allowing you to explore the development of critical systems such as braking and steering. You will also witness the integration of electrical system components, providing a comprehensive understanding of vehicle functionality.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to engage with new comfort and design features that require energy supply. Additionally, you will gain insights into the design of high-voltage electrical systems and electric powertrains, which are essential adjacent systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in automating diverse development processes utilizing preferred tools, potentially incorporating artificial intelligence.
- Contribute your innovative ideas and apply theoretical knowledge from your studies in practical scenarios.
- Actively participate as a full-fledged team member in the advancement of cutting-edge technologies in architecture development.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong commitment and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MATLAB, Python, MS Excel, MS Access, etc.
- Optional knowledge in front-end development.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- Analytical mindset with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for implementing innovative methodologies.
