Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties (80%)
- Identify and engage with target consultants, architects, primary contractors, and installers to explore potential projects. Assist consultants and installers in project design utilizing Panasonic solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress using Salesforce and maintain an updated project pipeline.
- Provide training sessions for installers and consultants on relevant products and software.
- Share market insights with product managers and contribute to strategic reviews and future product innovations. Recommend appropriate actions to meet strategic objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with planners, design firms, and installers to enhance project opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project installations from sale to commissioning, proactively addressing installation challenges and anticipating project issues to enhance customer service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in this sector.
- Experience in B2B business development is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient understanding and expertise in operational processes, technologies, products, or related fields.
- Effective use of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual methodologies.
- Awareness of the implications of laws and regulations pertinent to the business.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure.
General Responsibilities (20%)
- Ensure cost efficiency in all departmental contracts and purchases.
- Actively seek to reduce departmental and company expenses through efficiency and automation.
- Adhere to Panasonic policies, operational processes, and procedures.
- Participate in all company compliance requirements, including ISM, CSR, anti-corruption laws, and competition law.
- Engage in benchmarking activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Execute any projects aligned with position capabilities.
- Attend required training sessions.
- Undertake business travel as necessary.
- Commit to occupational safety and best practices.
- Report any occupational safety violations.
