Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner for our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical roadmap of the LXP and delivering against it to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to set the technical roadmap of the LXP
- Drive the implementation of new features, releases, and enhancements
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process
- Own product budget and allocate to activities
- Orchestrate 3rd party platform integration into the LXP
- Ensure high-quality User management process
- Collaborate with E.ON colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Continuously improve governance, knowledge management, and processes
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Extended years of experience in technical product ownership, learning & development, talent management, or a related field
- Proven experience in running Infrastructure projects, preferably managing the LXP platform
- Proven experience in working in a BizDevOps setting and proficient in Agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of the digital learning landscape
- Knowledge and experience of accessing data via APIs
- Knowledge with platform integrations is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are an additional benefit
