Technical Product Owner Learning Experience Platform Specialist

E.ON Digital Technology GmbH is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). As a key member of our Digital Empowerment unit, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap and delivering a seamless employee experience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to set the technical roadmap for the LXP and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive the implementation of new features, releases, and enhancements to improve the user experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future iterations.
- Own the product budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Orchestrate 3rd party platform integrations into the LXP.
- Ensure high-quality user management processes.
- Collaborate with E.ON colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the development process.
- Continuously improve governance, knowledge management, and processes to establish a robust run phase of the LXP.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery and running of the platform.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Owner with a strong background in technical product ownership, learning and development, talent management, or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of the digital learning landscape, including technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
Key qualifications include:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Extended years of experience in technical product ownership, learning and development, talent management, or a related field, preferably in an international setting.
- Proven experience in running infrastructure projects, preferably managing the LXP platform of EdCast/Cornerstone.
- Proven experience in working in a BizDevOps setting and proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Deep understanding of the digital learning landscape, including technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience of accessing data via APIs.
- Knowledge with platform integrations is preferred (experience with MuleSoft is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking.
- Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently.
- Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are an additional benefit.
