Job Title: Premier Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Premier Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Premier Technical Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote troubleshooting and isolation to diagnose reported problems within the client product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Technical Account Managers to monitor and track issues to ensure speedy resolution.
  • Advises and educates customers through a combination of experience and guideline documentation to ensure a solution to their technical issues.
  • Monitors own 'open case' workload and drives to closure.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Technical Support roles.
  • Experience within IT Services and Working with Field Service Providers.
  • Working Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems and MS Products.
  • Technical Knowledge on client (Notebook, Desktop, & Tablets).
  • Business Fluent English and German language.
