About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at E SE - Karriere. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for organizing business-relevant content into executable learning experiences and designing and delivering scalable interventions in different formats.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with external best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement local learning journeys
  • Manage learning providers and internal or external guest speakers
  • Ensure engagement of all stakeholders through targeted communication measures
  • Partner with Global L&D colleagues to achieve implementation of the global leadership development agenda
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar and have at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Have experience in designing and evaluating leadership learning interventions
  • Be excellent in strategic planning and seamless organization of learning events
  • Have a strong problem-solving mindset and be a good team collaborator
  • Be fluent in both English and German
