About the Role

Campbell Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Aviation Weather division. As a key member of our EMEA Sales Director Global Aviation MIT, Bid Management, Sales, Project Delivery, and Technical Services teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business development plan to drive growth and revenue in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aviation Weather market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ANSPs, aviation project partners, and other relevant organizations.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Sales Director Global Aviation MIT and Bid Management team to ensure alignment with the global Campbell Scientific strategic direction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including competitive landscape analysis, growth targets, and key metrics.
  • Develop and implement partnerships to drive business growth and revenue in the Aviation Weather market.
  • Contribute to industry working groups, build industry connections, participate in industry events, and generate thought-leading content.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Management team to ensure proper proposal response and contribute to the development of business development plans and targets with individual customers.
