Your Role
As a People Analytics Manager (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in nurturing a data-centric culture within our HR department, driving analytics from foundational to advanced levels. This is a unique opportunity to establish our people analytics function from the ground up, significantly influencing our organization's success through strategic, data-driven HR practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Impact:
- Lead the creation of our people analytics function, with a focus on workforce planning, personnel cost budgeting, and standardized reporting.
- Develop insightful metrics and KPIs that align with organizational objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee and enhance the quality of our HRIS data and analytics processes.
- Collaborate across departments to identify improvement opportunities and promote data-informed decision-making.
- Manage all aspects of HR data, starting with core areas and expanding into advanced analytics such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization, along with a solid understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and experienced with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
- Fluent in English and German.
