About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at sevdesk GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive people analytics strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR programs that drive business results.
  • Own and optimize HRIS data quality and analytics processes to ensure accurate and timely insights.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making across the organization through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or related data analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Fluency in English and German.
