Your Role
As a People Analytics Specialist (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in nurturing a data-centric culture within the HR department, facilitating a wide range of analytics from basic to advanced levels. This is your chance to establish our people analytics function from the ground up, significantly influencing our organization's success through strategic, data-driven HR initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHere’s how you will contribute:
- Lead the creation of our people analytics function, with an initial focus on workforce planning, personnel cost forecasting, and standardized reporting.
- Develop insightful metrics and KPIs that align with organizational objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee and enhance the quality of our HRIS data and analytics processes.
- Collaborate across departments to pinpoint areas for enhancement and promote data-informed decision-making.
- Manage all aspects of HR data, starting with core areas and expanding into advanced analytics such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization, alongside a solid grasp of HR processes and metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and experienced with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
- Fluency in both English and German.
