Your Role
As a People Analytics Specialist (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in cultivating a data-centric environment within the HR department, spearheading analytics initiatives from foundational to advanced stages. This position offers the chance to establish our people analytics capabilities from the ground up, significantly influencing our organizational effectiveness through strategic, data-driven HR methodologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Contributions:
- Lead the establishment of our people analytics framework, initially concentrating on workforce planning, personnel cost forecasting, and standardized reporting mechanisms.
- Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs that align with our organizational objectives, translating intricate data into actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee and enhance the quality of our HRIS data and analytics processes.
- Collaborate across departments to pinpoint improvement opportunities and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Manage all facets of HR data, beginning with core areas and progressing into advanced analytics such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization, alongside a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
- Fluency in English and German is required.
