Your Role

As a People Analytics Manager (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in cultivating a data-centric culture within the HR department, leading comprehensive analytics initiatives from foundational to advanced levels. This is a unique opportunity to establish our people analytics function from the ground up, directly influencing our organizational success through strategic, data-driven HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Your Impact:

  • Lead the creation of our people analytics function, initially concentrating on workforce planning, personnel cost forecasting, and standardized reporting.
  • Develop insightful metrics and KPIs that align with organizational objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Oversee and enhance the quality of our HRIS data and analytics processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for improvement and promote data-informed decision-making.
  • Manage all aspects of HR data, starting with core areas and expanding into advanced analytics, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization, along with a solid grasp of HR processes and metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
