Your Role
As a People Analytics Specialist (m/f/x), you will be instrumental in cultivating a data-centric environment within the HR department, enhancing analytics from basic to advanced levels. This is a unique opportunity to establish our people analytics capabilities from the ground up, significantly influencing our organization’s success through strategic, data-driven HR initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHere’s how you will contribute:
- You will lead the creation of our people analytics function, initially concentrating on workforce planning, personnel cost forecasting, and standardized reporting.
- You will develop insightful metrics and KPIs that align with our organizational objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
- You will take ownership of and enhance the quality of our HRIS data and analytics processes.
- You will collaborate across departments to pinpoint areas for enhancement and promote data-informed decision-making.
- You will manage all facets of HR data, starting with fundamental areas and progressing into more sophisticated analytics, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
Your Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar data analysis roles.
- You possess strong analytical abilities, with expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization, along with a solid grasp of HR processes and metrics.
- You excel in communication, capable of presenting complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- You are proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and have experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
- You are fluent in both English and German.
