We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Manager for Brand Partnerships (m/w/d) who possesses a robust network and a proven history in securing sponsorships and brand collaborations.

Role Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify and engage potential sponsors and brand partners to unlock new business avenues.

SALES EXECUTION

  • Craft and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorship and brand partnership contracts, ensuring mutual advantages and alignment with Red Bull's values.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective execution and activation of partnerships.
Candidate Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent professional training with relevant development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in sponsorship and brand partnerships, ideally within the sports or entertainment sectors.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing and persuading stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a history of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for sports and familiarity with Red Bull's brand ethos.
