We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Manager for Brand Partnerships (m/w/d) who possesses a robust network and a proven history in sponsorship and brand collaborations.

Role Overview

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify and engage potential sponsors and brand partners to create new business avenues.

IMPLEMENTATION

  • Craft and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorship and brand partnership contracts, ensuring mutual advantages and alignment with Red Bull's brand values.

SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective execution and activation of partnerships.
Candidate Profile
  • University degree or equivalent commercial training with relevant professional development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in sponsorship and brand partnerships, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing and persuading key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a history of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for sports and a deep understanding of Red Bull's brand ethos and values.
