Über das Team
Das Ops Tech Solutions Team (OTS) von Amazon ist verantwortlich für den kontinuierlichen technischen Support an allen Betriebsstandorten weltweit. Die Instandhaltung, Aufrüstung und der Schutz der IT-Infrastruktur sowie der Endbenutzergeräte eines der größten Unternehmen der Welt erfordern eine Vielzahl an Fähigkeiten. Einige Teammitglieder sind Ingenieure, die bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen unterstützen, während andere Führungsrollen übernehmen und als Mentoren für unsere Kolleg:innen im technischen Support fungieren, um eine optimale Unterstützung für unsere Endbenutzer:innen zu gewährleisten.
Das OTS-Team von Amazon strebt danach, Leistung und Nachhaltigkeit in allen neuen Lösungen zu vereinen. Viele unserer Mitarbeiter:innen sind an lokalen Standorten tätig. Unser Team ist rund um die Uhr im Einsatz, um sicherzustellen, dass wir technischen Support bieten und notwendige Wartungsarbeiten mit minimalen Unterbrechungen des Geschäftsbetriebs durchführen können.
IT-Techniker:innen in den Operations Teams von Amazon arbeiten nicht in herkömmlichen Büros – sie kümmern sich um die verschiedenen IT-Systeme, die das Rückgrat unserer Logistikstandorte bilden. In dieser Position arbeitest Du an einem unserer Logistikstandorte und kooperierst mit Kolleg:innen, Remote-Support-Teams und dem Unternehmen, um wesentliche IT-Support-Funktionen zu erfüllen. In dieser Rolle hast Du die Möglichkeit, die neueste Technologie in einem Umfeld zu nutzen, das Mentoring und Karriereentwicklung fördert.
