Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in academic, governmental, and medical institutions in the DACH region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales of Taylor & Francis Journals and eBooks.
  • Analyze sales figures and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in sales, marketing, and editorial departments to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German.
