About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Lending Operations team as the Head of Lending Operations. This is a key role within our Operations department, responsible for the technical and personnel management of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a growing team of 8 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal results and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement process flows, automation, and IT solutions to enhance team productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other stakeholders to drive business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with cooperation partners, auditors, and other internal teams.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new cooperation partners, ensuring efficient processes and documentation.
  • Participate in the introduction of new products (NPP) and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of studies in a relevant field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the banking or finance sector, preferably in the back office or credit area.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in managing employees and IT-savvy, with confidence in using MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of numbers.
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken German skills and good English skills.
