Business Development and Process Improvement Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process and Project Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of various projects and processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the development and implementation of new processes and projects
  • Conduct analysis and evaluations of existing processes and systems
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new software applications
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving support to the team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
