Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Process and Knowledge Management team as an intern. As a Werkstudent Process & Knowledge-Management (m/w/d), you will play a key role in supporting our operational core processes in Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and documentation of operational core processes in Customer Service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles based on process descriptions and training materials.
  • Contribute to process optimization and the further development of the Process & Knowledge Management department.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements and the development of new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at a university or college.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • First-hand experience with documentation tasks is an asset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to find creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
