Process Mining and Business Process Management Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team at REWE Group as a Process Mining and Business Process Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing use cases for process mining and creating data models using programming languages such as SQL and PQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement use cases for process mining and create data models using SQL and PQL
  • Support the creation of data analyses and visualize them in process mining
  • Collaborate with the team on various strategic projects and business cases, creating structured and creative presentations, preparing training materials, and performing administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain a high level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and Access/PowerBI
  • Experience in data warehousing, process management, and process mining solutions (e.g., Qlik, Celonis) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
