About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. As a key member of our Operations and Processes team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process maps and documentation using Signavio, a leading process management tool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with process management tools such as Signavio.
