Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
  • Assess, review, and enhance current internal workflows throughout the entire Customer Journey.
  • Following the training of these workflows, oversee and ensure the successful application of the newly established processes.
  • Assist with internal projects and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with management on strategic, procedural, and project-oriented initiatives within the organization.
  • Recognize areas for enhancement and initiate appropriate actions.
Your qualifications and skills:
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification.
  • Experience in process optimization and preferably in Business Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
  • High level of accountability and excellent communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving capabilities in everyday tasks.
