Aufgaben

TÜV SÜD ist der führende Anbieter von Risikokonsultationen weltweit. Wir bieten eine umfassende Palette von Dienstleistungen an, einschließlich Feuerwehrtechnik, Maschinentechnik, Infrarot-Thermographie, Juristische Prüfungen von Boiler und Druckbehältern, Naturgefahrenanalyse, Diversifizierte Dienstleistungen und Schulungen zur Verlustkontrolle. Für über 60 Jahre hat GRC über die traditionellen Verlustkontroll-Dienstleistungen hinausgegangen und strebt danach, unseren Kunden Lösungen anzubieten, um einen hohen Schutzstatus zu erreichen und zu erhalten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Direkte Verkaufsentwicklung neuer Kunden in den USA mit Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmen mit Sitz im Osten

• Prospektierung und Ausgehendes Outreach zur Entwicklung eigener Pipeline für neue Geschäftsentwicklung

• Interface mit potenziellen Kunden, einschließlich CxO-Ebene, von aufstrebenden Unternehmen bis hin zu globalen Unternehmen

• Interface mit führenden Versicherungsbüros und Beratern, die sich auf Immobilienversicherungen spezialisieren

• Fokussierte, aktive Zuhör- und Lösungsfähigkeiten zur Erfüllung von Kunden- und potenziellen Kunden-Zielen/Bedürfnissen mit Immobilienverlustkontroll-Dienstleistungen in einem professionellen Rahmen

• Ausübung von Diskretion und eigenständiger Urteilskraft bei der Verhandlung von Verkaufsbedingungen und Geschäftsschluss, immer im Sinne von TÜV SÜD GRC

• Kommunikation mit internen Teams, einschließlich Verkaufskollegen, Überprüfungsoperationen, Bestellprozess und Retentions-Team, Marketing, Rechnungswesen und Beratungsgruppe, wenn erforderlich

• Aktive und kontinuierliche Initiative zur Fortbildung und Wissenserweiterung über alle TÜV SÜD GRC-Angebote als umfassende Wertevermittlung für potenzielle Kunden und Kunden
