Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to key decision-makers and devise strategies to convert them into clients.
- Engage potential clients with persuasive presentations and demonstrations of Predium's solutions.
- Spot opportunities for growth within our market entry strategy.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that client insights influence product evolution.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS or real estate environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong emphasis on nurturing and sustaining client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
