German-Speaking Sales Development Representative

We are collaborating with a prominent client, recognized as a global authority in customer engagement and business performance solutions.

We are in search of a Sales Development Representative who possesses exceptional German (C1 and above) and English (B2) language capabilities for a hybrid position based in Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic thinking with a proven track record of managing multiple sales cycles, devising effective sales strategies, and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute impactful sales strategies for the designated territory.
  • Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM, ensuring meticulous documentation of all activities and interactions.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any challenges.
  • Evaluate sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
  • Compile and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to further develop skills and knowledge.
  • Implement a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (C1 and above) and English (B2), both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in technology sales.
  • Prior experience in account management (at least 5 years).
  • Experience in crafting and executing sales strategies for specific regions.
  • Capability to manage multiple sales cycles from initiation to closure, consistently meeting target objectives.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with proactive outreach.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, requiring minimal oversight.
  • Outstanding communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Expertise in employing a value-based selling methodology with clients and channel partners.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
