Founders Associate Internship Opportunity

As a Business Development Intern at Enpal GmbH, you will be part of the operational business and help drive company growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders from all departments to identify and develop solutions, which you will then implement using analytical methods and a keen eye for emerging opportunities. You will be involved in projects that are of high importance to the company and assist in the design, planning, and implementation of cross-departmental programs and initiatives. Working cross-functionally with departments and Senior Leadership, you will enable further company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions to business challenges.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide operational support to ensure the smooth running of business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or natural science discipline from a top university or currently in the transition phase between Bachelor and Master's degrees seeking a 6-month internship.
- Prior practical experience, such as internships or volunteer work.
- Natural ability to understand complex issues and strong communication skills.
- High standards for quality and a sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
