Our Sales division is seeking a new member to enhance our Enterprise outreach. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Marketing teams to devise strategic outreach initiatives and cultivate enduring relationships with prospective clients. We pride ourselves on our exceptional culture at Talkdesk and are eager to connect with seasoned sales professionals who prioritize delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective management of the Talkdesk sales process. Formulate a detailed sales strategy and plan that ensures consistent attainment of objectives for your designated market. Foster meaningful relationships with management, team members, and the client community. Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market strategy to develop and take ownership of market segmentation and targeted accounts. Build essential internal relationships to facilitate account management and deal closure. Provide accurate and realistic forecasting information to the management team in accordance with our processes. Relay market feedback and requirements back to headquarters constructively. Proactively engage in problem-solving across functional areas. Prioritize customer needs to guide engineering and other departments in focusing on critical tasks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a new business sales role with quota responsibilities. Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients. Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, managing complex sales processes, and solution-based selling to senior executives. Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and build positive relationships. Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing new business initiatives involving advanced technology. Proven track record of revenue growth and acquiring new customers. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Extensive experience in negotiation and contract development. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based work, involving extended periods of sitting or standing, and computer-related tasks. Limited physical lifting, with equipment usage confined to computer-related devices.
