The Role

Throughout your day, consider the various media you engage with, the advertisements you encounter, the applications you utilize, the websites you visit, and the online shopping experiences you partake in. It is likely that each of these interactions has been influenced by an Adobe product.

We are excited to present an opportunity for an Account Executive to become part of our Adobe Experience Cloud division. This role is open to candidates in various locations, including remote options.

Our Sales team thrives in fast-paced environments, proactively identifying and connecting with potential clients while effectively showcasing our suite of Digital Experience Solutions. This position is tailored for individuals with a background in enterprise-level software sales, particularly with large organizations that generate substantial revenue. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, quick-witted, and ready to tackle the challenges presented by untapped markets, especially focusing on 'greenfield' clients—large enterprises that have yet to fully utilize our offerings.

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in lead generation, crafting compelling sales presentations, negotiating terms, and managing the entire sales cycle through strategic solution selling. This position offers a unique chance to advance within a rapidly growing technology firm.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, qualify, and close new and existing sales opportunities Create and execute account strategies to build a sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals through new business acquisition Cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders to generate sales opportunities Deliver engaging and polished sales presentations Utilize data, site evaluations, case studies, and benchmark reports to guide and support customers' decision-making processes Negotiate business terms with senior management, C-level executives, and business owners Collaborate closely with internal teams across a matrixed organization (Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services) Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities

Qualifications for Success

Proven experience in building strong customer relationships in a rapidly evolving environment Ability to quickly understand and articulate value propositions clearly Experience working collaboratively across functions, bringing in the right resources at the appropriate stages of the sales process Strong networking skills, with the ability to establish and leverage relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and persuade others Proficiency in German and strong English language skills
