In the role of Data-Driven Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the "Platform Performance" team at our headquarters. This team is responsible for overseeing our digital B2B sales processes, lead generation, marketing automation, and conducting comprehensive data analysis across our B2B and B2C channels.

Your New Role at Outdooractive
  • You will enhance and derive insights from the customer journeys of our B2B clients, focusing on customer data management and ensuring high-quality customer data throughout both digital and traditional sales processes.
  • You will take charge of our global CRM application and its integration with the Outdooractive platform and our ERP system.
  • You will assist in managing and optimizing customer master data, ensuring adherence to internal service quality standards, and advocating for these standards among internal stakeholders.
  • You will comprehend both the functional and technical aspects of key applications, serving as a knowledgeable interface and single point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate the strategic, functional, and technical execution of projects within the application landscape, including requirements management, customization topics, change and configuration management, as well as creating necessary documentation for the applications and processes you oversee.
  • You will actively drive the development of our "Platform Performance" team, fostering both professional and methodological skill enhancement.

  • You possess relevant professional experience with a solid understanding of customer experience strategies and processes in digital sales, and you are eager to continuously improve and learn new things.
