Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial team, drive business growth, and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the commercial team, including purchasing, controlling, financial accounting, and IT departments
  • Develop and implement a budget and forecasting plan, as well as financial reporting
  • Conduct thorough economic analyses and investment evaluations
  • Design, manage, and optimize commercial processes
  • Collaborate closely with the management team, owners, and advisory board to drive business success
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial leadership role at a mid-sized company
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, practical approach, and cost-conscious thinking
  • Strong proficiency in financial statements, balance sheets, and business evaluations
  • High level of responsibility, drive for innovation, and empathy
