About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Outdooractive AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to expand our customer base, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales revenue.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and Maintain Industry Networks: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant Degree and Sales Experience: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with significant sales experience.
  • Proven Sales and Business Development Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and project management.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of Modern Sales and Marketing Techniques: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
