In the role of Lead Generation and Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d), you will be an integral part of the "Platform Performance" team at our headquarters. This team is responsible for overseeing our digital B2B sales processes, lead generation, marketing automation, and comprehensive data analysis across our B2B and B2C channels.

Your New Role at Outdooractive
  • You will design, model, and coordinate tailored data-driven marketing automation strategies and processes aimed at lead generation within our sales framework.
  • Collaborating with the team, you will analyze customer behavior on our platform and derive lead campaigns for both new and existing customers to ensure both short-term and long-term success.
  • You will take charge of the architecture and quality of customer data essential for lead generation and marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding both the functional and technical aspects of key applications and processes, you will serve as the competent interface and single point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate the strategic, functional, and technical implementation of projects within the application landscape, including requirements management, customization topics, change and configuration management, as well as the creation of necessary documentation for the applications and processes you oversee.
  • You will actively drive the development of our "Platform Performance" team, ensuring the growth of both professional and methodological competencies.

  • A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification in Marketing Management.
  • Relevant professional experience in the conception and application of marketing automation and processes, with a desire to continuously improve and learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of digital project management and agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

  • A pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
