Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Positec Germany GmbH. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical advice to business and personal customers by phone and email, creating efficient processes, achieving more together, thinking one step ahead, and working closely with your team members and senior engineers as part of the escalation process and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile
  • Your education: Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship or degree, preferably with a technical background, or as a career changer with a high level of technical interest.
  • Your experience: You already have some work experience in customer or technical support.
  • Your mentality: You have the ability to empathise with customers and provide them with personalised advice.
  • Your way of working: You are solution-oriented, a team player, and have a friendly manner.
  • Your attitude: You are flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Your skills: Good MS Office skills, very good German and English skills, with a good knowledge in either French, Italian, or Dutch.
