You'll be the voice of the customer, transferring requirements and potential issues to our product team to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll contribute to setting up, running, maintaining, and improving our daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

**Requirements:**

* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data
* Willing to take ownership and proactively responsibility of topics
* Analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges
* Proficiency in Excel is a must
* Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
* Availability for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible
