Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Moovster. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer success experience and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers via our help center and provide support via email and phone
- Support customers throughout the entire process of our services
- Communicate with partners to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer challenges
- Act as the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve the Moovster product
- Contribute to finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction score
- Assist in setting up, running, maintaining, and improving our daily, weekly, and monthly operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility of topics and strive for high-quality outcomes
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver who can handle simple and complex challenges
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
- Availability for at least 6 months, with a minimum of 4 months starting as soon as possible
