Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your mission will be to consult with customers, provide top-notch assistance, and communicate with partners to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with customers via our help center and phone to resolve their queries and concerns
* Support customers throughout the entire process of our services
* Collaborate with partners to provide the best possible customer service and resolve customer challenges
* Serve as the voice of the customer, transferring customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve the Moovster product
* Contribute to finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction score
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data
* Willing to take ownership and proactively responsibility of topics, and never satisfied with low-quality outcomes
* Analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges
* Proficiency in Excel is a must
* Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
