Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure high-quality relationships with customers and partners.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to provide solution-oriented advice and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, international partners, and 3rd-party vendors to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in Media Technology, Computer Science, Audio Production, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a Support-, Service-, or IT Specialist in a software company or media organization.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Radio/Broadcast Automation, Networking, SQL, and other databases, HTML, JavaScript, Windows Server deployment, IIS, Linux, Virtualization, Containerization, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong customer focus, self-motivation, and excellent time- and project management skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English language capabilities, with additional European languages a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
