About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at DAVID Systems GmbH. As a key member of our Customer eXperience Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
  • Continuously improve customer experience through proactive issue resolution and effective communication
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and support
Requirements
  • Relevant studies in Media Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Support-, Service- or IT Specialist in a software company or media organization
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as Radio/Broadcast Automation, Networking, SQL, and Cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus
