Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of our Customer eXperience Group at DAVID Systems GmbH, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and service. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring they receive high-quality results and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide solution-oriented advice and support to end-users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Work closely with other departments and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Completed studies in Media Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Support-, Service- or IT Specialist in a software company or media organization
- Knowledge of technologies such as Radio/Broadcast Automation, Networking, SQL, and Cloud technologies
- Self-motivation, solid time- and project management skills
- Fluid written and verbal capabilities in English, other European languages desirable
- Strong customer focus and willingness to travel on a regular basis
